Mr Francis Ng is a an ethical insurance professional who upholds his integrity. He has never recommended policies for his personal needs. He would go through the pain to understand his clients needs and tailor policy recommendations around their needs rather than what he personally think is good or popular. He has always been transparent and doesn't sell on promises, which makes me feel very assured.

He is also knowledgeable as he is proficient in various policies that AIA and even other insurance agencies carry. It is effective to have a wealth of knowledge to me in comparing between policies, since a huge amount of information can be overwhelming and he does it well with transparency.

He also cares deeply for his clients and it shows! He would give constant updates personally through text on existing, upcoming and new policies, as well as send invitations to seminars to enrich his clients' mind with knowledge.
